Founder, fractional CTO, and advisor. For over 20 years I've helped startups raise capital, scale high-performing teams, and turn technology into durable growth across Europe and the Middle East. Today I lead a 50+ person technology organization across four production platforms, and I build with AI at production level — the advisory I give is tested against systems I'm accountable for this week.
I partner with founders and executive teams on the decisions that determine whether a company scales: building fundable technology, growing the engineering and product organizations behind it, and aligning strategy, capital, and execution. My work sits where technology, growth, and leadership meet.
Over two decades I've built and led ventures across e-commerce, SaaS, and food-tech. As co-founder and CTO of The Cloud, I led growth and partnerships and built the technology powering operations in eight international markets. I founded NatWeb Solutions, delivering digital products and strategic advisory to clients across the Gulf, and have played a pivotal role in raising over $33M and scaling teams of up to 150 people—behind ventures including Eyewa, The List, and Sprii.
My path began in Poland, with advanced degrees in robotics, computer science, and management and early roles as an engineer and project manager. I went on to deliver digital products for major British brands in the UK, then built and advised businesses in the UAE's fast-moving, multicultural market—pairing deep technical foundations with the commercial judgment founders rely on.
Alongside operating, I served as Vice Chairman of the Polish Business Council in Dubai, connecting international businesses and helping founders navigate new markets. Today I focus on advisory and coaching—helping founders, executives, and teams grow smarter, scale faster, and lead with lasting impact.
